T&Cs
There is no cost to enter the lottery as one numbered raffle ticket is received per drink
purchased between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
The draw is conducted after 9:00 pm immediately following the closure of the lottery on the specified Chase the Ace night.
Entrants (staff of the Eaton Tavern are not eligible to enter) must retain their raffle tickets to be included in the lottery and listen for the announcement of the winning raffle ticket when it is drawn from raffle stubs after 9:00 pm by the approved manager.
If the lottery winner cannot be found within 2 minutes of announcements taking place, redraws will occur until a lottery winner is found.
The winner of the lottery draw must then choose from a selection of cards that are face - down on a board and one of these remaining face-down cards must be the ace of spades.
If the winner of the lottery draw successfully selects the ACE OF SPADES, they are entitled to the prize money (maximum of AUD $11,400), of which $1000 can be collected on the night and the remaining winnings issued via bank transfer.
Suspected tampering or any attempts to defraud the competition may result in its cancellation, replacement of the cards, and/or revision of the prize money to the starting amount ($1000).
